Back home after 11 days on the road and 7000+ miles
Thank you all for your prayers. The trip went without a hitch and Dad and I returned home yesterday! He was so glad to get out of the vehicle. Me too!!! Some of the joy of the trip was seeing some of our family along the way. We just have Rhoda, #4, and Norm to see when we get back to Florida. I started as a solo and then picked up Tom and his step grandson to make a trio. When we made it to California, we added Dad and so we had a quartet coming back. After dropping off Tom and Trenton we had a duet the remainder of the way home. The stop in Michigan allowed Tom and his family to give Dad a great meal, a place to sleep for the night, and time to catch up with son #3! The stop in New Hampshire offered us another meal and a place to sleep for the night. Dad got to catch up with son #1, Matthew and his lovely wife Patti. I find Stephanie when I enter my families' homes. Here is a lighthouse in Matthew and Patti's home. It is the Presque Isle Harbor Lighthouse. This
